Annual survey result
Every year DYNA conducts a survey among its main interest groups: readers (L001), Authors (A001), evaluators (E001) and advertisers (P001). .

Each interest group answers a specific survey assessing the service on a numeric scale in different aspects. In this survey are also displayed open-ended questions that may include suggestions for improvement or claims.
The results of these surveys are a valuable source of information that is supplied as input to the continuous improvement system.
Some of the improvements implemented as proposals from the survey:
- Modification and simplification in the web form for sending papers
- Recruitment of search engine antiplagiarism (CrossCheck)
- Receiving the paper in free format
- Special prices for referees
- Changes in evaluator and author guides
- Design changes on the web and printed Journal
- Online paper assessment
- Free access coded link to the article, to promote the author's research
